Change in the past 2 years
Welp, two years ago I was a Sophomore. I’d say I was pretty naive, I definitely thought I was invincible. All I wanted to do was go out, have a solid group of friends to go out with, etc. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. All I was looking forward to was going to Spain in the summer.

The importance of education
I think this year more than ever I have a desire to learn. I know what I find interesting, what excites me intellectually. I have a new-found passion for education and a new longing to be a well-learned member of society. I hate when people don’t value education. While I am certainly guilty of senioritis, the mindset I have for furthering my knowledge sets me apart from the braindead idiots...

Disrespecting your parents
Although I don’t tend to get along with my parents, I have a bit of a pet peeve for people who just straight up are disrespectful when they talk to their parents. I have friends who tell their moms to fuck off when they ask them to clean their room. I dunno, I don’t talk to my parents like that, I don’t curse around them, let alone at them.
